8. Try and make the meal last at least 20 minutes
Science has shown it takes about 20 minutes for your body to signal to your brain you’ve had enough. Making meals a social occasion gives this satiety mechanism time to kick in.
9. Don’t skip meals
Skipping meals only means you will feel hungry between meals and increase the odds of quickly eating energy dense junk food.
